Job Description

We are looking for a positive and professional Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our team in Los Angeles, CA! A leading freight forwarding company within the perishable goods industry is seeking an eager and outgoing team member to join their expanding organization!


As a Export CSR your main priority will be providing excellent customer service while processing orders, entering data, and maintaining continuous communication with clients and staff members.


Related specific responsibilities will include:



  • Provide customer service via email and phone

  • Impute and process orders within provided system

  • Update dealer information within company database

  • Answer all customers’ questions and provide relevant information

  • Track and trace freight shipments for customers/clients

  • Assist with light accounting tasks

  • Processing international export documents

  • Booking air space with airlines

  • Communicating status of booking with customers

  • Work directly with warehouse and drivers to ensure our customers' needs are met

  • Perform general clerical duties


Qualifications:



  • Minimum 1 years of customer service and clerical experience

  • Minimum 1 year of Excel and Word experience

  • Logistic experience is a PLUS

  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Eligible to work in the US and pass TSA background check
