McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a full-time Global Supply Chain Strategic Programs Intern Summer 2023 at the Global Headquarters located at 24 Schilling Road, Hunt Valley, Maryland.  This is a 10-week internship (June 2023 - August 2023) which requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:


This position will report directly to the Strategic Programs Manager and offer hands-on experience in strategic workforce planning, shop floor digitalization initiatives, change management, and talent development. Candidates should have strong desire to learn various skillsets associated with the Supply Chain function and be flexible and open to all assignments. This role will be primarily focused on supporting our Supply Chain’s Strategic transformation activities. Responsibilities will include:


 



  • Creating change plans and executing change activities


  • Learning how to design and facilitate an effective learning session through observation, participation, coaching, and practice. Partnering with the Global Automation Engineering Leadership to establish our “Best in Class” solutions library

  • Supporting our early talent career roadmap and designing supplemental resources


 


QUALIFICATIONS:


 



  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Juniors and Seniors) with graduation date between December 2022 and June 2023

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Learning & Development, Change Management, Communications, Business or Supply Chain

  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written) for on-going contact with internal customers requires

  • Strong people-skills, capable of facilitating conversations and seeking out feedback.
