International Sales Lead

If you are an experienced sales professional with a passion for building relationships and a focus on results and sales excellence this opportunity is made for you. As the International Sales Lead you will utilize your customer focused approach, to develop new leads, communicate with clients, understand their needs, and ensure a smooth sales process. Your strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen and passion for a challenge will see you close sales and meet targets. You must be willing and able to travel internationally (non-negotiable), however, the position is based full-time in Sudbury ON.


 


Position Highlights:



  • Initiate outbound calls and correspondence to potential customers

  • Foster and maintain a strong network of new and returning customers

  • Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities

  • Effectively handle sales and customer service remotely and execute full sales lifecycle

  • Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers

  • Explain and demonstrate features of exhibits, products and services

  • Support planning and execution of a growth-focused sales strategy

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system

  • Keep up with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings through research, conferences and relationship development


 


Position Requirements:



  • Proven experience in outbound sales, including cold calling

  • Previous experience in high-level sales position ideally in a similar product range

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong CRM history

  • Knowledge and understanding of CASL legislation

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask

  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to read clients

  • Demonstrated experience in closing sales and achieving targets

  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally


 


Compensation Highlights:



  • Full-time permanent opportunity

  • Competitive salary range $53,700 to $70,000
