Key Responsibilities:
- Processes international purchase orders received from the central
purchasing department. - Manages the booking, shipping and entry process for all
international shipments. - Gathers, reviews, verifies, submits and files all documents
required to complete the transaction. - Reviews, verifies, codes, submits and files all freight invoices presented for payment.
- Evaluates alternatives and selects best option to satisfy company
objectives. - Monitors the supply chain for exceptions and disruptions. Advises
management when those events occur. Takes appropriate action
to minimize the disruption and its associated costs. - Ensures that all transactions and business practices comply with
relevant government regulations and corporate policies and
procedures. - Reports on the activity and performance of the international
supply chain and the company's supply chain partners.
Shift Details: Mon-Fri 8am-5m with flexibility
