Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the coordination of Import Shipments from A to Z
- Assist customers with the shipment process to include bookings, quotes/rates, tracking/tracing, scheduling pickups, and invoicing
- Enter shipment data into the Company's system
- Provide updates to clients on potential shipment delays in a proactive manner
- Maintain strong relationships with Airlines, trucking companies, etc.
- Ensure compliance is met at all times for internal and external rules and regulations
- Follow customer established SOPs at all times
- Respond to internal and external emails/requests in a timely manner
Desired Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Import Operations for Air Freight
- Computer skills
- Interpersonal skills
