What You’ll Do:



  • Responsible for a team of 3 accountants supporting all aspects of accounting and finance for a number of international legal entities.

  • Manage and develop the team, resolve most day-to-day matters within the team, while escalating critical matters with the appropriate sense of urgency.

  • Manage multiple priorities, assessing risks, allocating resources and driving tasks/projects to completion.

  • Ensure timely recording of activity throughout the month, including payroll, cash activity, accounting for new agreements/leases, approve invoices/new vendors as needed, and support local entities' finance needs.

  • Oversee the monthly close process, analysis of results and related deliverables for non-US subsidiaries.

  • Ensure adherence to proper internal control policies and procedures.

  • Develop/manage processes to fully document and support all account balances through the account reconciliation process.

  • Interact with internal and external auditors.

  • Ensure compliance with all local reporting requirements (statutory audits, regulatory reporting, indirect tax filings) – this may involve working with one or more external providers.

  • Participate in Mergers & Acquisitions and onboarding process for non-US acquisitions.

  • May telecommute part time.


Who You Are:



  • Bachelor's degree* in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

  • 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Finance-related occupation.

  • Will accept a three or four-year Bachelor’s degree.

  • CPA (or international equivalent) required.


The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $142,646 and $217,000 per Year. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
