Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- ∙ A-Z processes for either air or ocean import
- ∙ Ability to handle high file counts will low error rate
- ∙ Ability to correspond with overseas agents, clients, and local trucking vendors
- ∙ Quoting knowledge for local freight pickups.
- ∙ Knowledge of INCOterms and how it pertains to billing out freight
- ∙ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ∙ Cargowise system knowledge is preferred but not required.
- This position is a direct hire, permanent position with benefits.
