HIGH LEVEL OVERVIEW
Full responsibility to start an in-house Customs Brokerage Team for a Freight Forwarding Company. Will be Corporate License Holder. Hybrid – Edison, NJ area
EXPECTATIONS
Full responsibility to start an in-house Customs Brokerage Team
Will build the team from scratch
Set up entire Brokerage system to include filer code & other areas for running an operation
Manage employees with full A-Z Brokerage responsibilities when hired
Advise on trade compliance issues
KPI’s, team building, training, hiring, etc.
Full P & L responsibility for the group
ESSENTIALS
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
LCB required & willing to be Corporate License Holder
Experience starting a Customs Brokerage Operations a MUST
Training/Auditing experience
Experience with P& L
Excellent people skills to deal with Customers – internal & external
Experience in Microsoft applications
