- Partnerships with Brownells Euro Partners, aligning strategies and fostering relationships with European leadership
- Exportable product assortments, inventory forecasting, and branded product development tailored to EU markets
- GDPR compliance, data privacy, and digital transformation initiatives to support seamless international operations
- Competitive pricing strategies, impactful marketing efforts, and trade show participation to enhance our European presence

What You Bring to the Adventure
You’re a strategic thinker with a global mindset and a passion for international growth. You also have:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, international relations, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of combined experience in business development, sales, and general business operations
- A connection to the firearms and rugged outdoors industry and exceptional project management skills
- Fluency in English (a European language is a strong plus)
This is a primarily onsite role in Grinnell, Iowa, with flexibility for remote days. The salary range starts in the low $100Ks, with eligibility for a generous bonus program.
Travel Requirements
This position requires up to 15% travel, primarily to Europe, to engage with partners, attend strategy sessions, support tradeshows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
