- U.S. Citizenship Required. Ability to obtain and maintain US Secret Level Security Clearance upon hire
- Bachelor’s degree required, J.D. preferred
- Minimum of 10 years professional export management and compliance experience in a global corporate environment
- Thorough knowledge of ITAR/EAR, OFAC and BATFE regulations and proper use of Non U.S. controls on foreign products
- Familiarity with international logistics management, including understanding of the HTS/Schedule B commodity identification regimes
- Experience in export classification for hardware, software, technology, technical data including encryption and open source software use and application
- Familiarity with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Anti- Bribery regulation, UK Bribery Act, and other fair dealing regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Software Applications and familiarity with SAP GTS a plus
- Proficient in Government systems for authorization submission and approvals
- Demonstrated ability to lead across organizational and functional boundaries to perform necessary compliance responsibilities
- Working Knowledge of OCR Ease System desirable
- Ability to comply with all Company guidelines, policies, procedures and embrace Company Core Values
- Occasional domestic and international travel required
The annualized pay range for this role is $172,523 - $220,446 USD along with a target incentive compensation plan (ICP) of 15%. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of the experience level for the role described above. TDSI considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
