Your role at Clorox:

This role combines financial expertise with strategic sales to drive profitable growth. You will develop and implement strategies to increase revenue across the company's portfolio. Then, identify and operationalize related technology stack to support your growth ideas. You will provide financial leadership and decision-making support to c-suite, sales teams and strategic customers. This role gives you a unique opportunity to work across all customers, business units, and with multiple functions including Technology, Supply Chain, and Finance.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize pricing, promotions, and trade spending to deliver revenue and profit goals
  • Enable strategic choices through financial planning and analysis. Collaborate with sales teams to design and implement effective market strategies.
  • Develop and oversee the sales financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
  • Supports customer’s long range planning process
  • Set strategic KPIs for the customer organization and monitor performance
  • Translate BU GTM strategies into action and build new GTM strategies where needed to span multiple business units
  • Connect internally and externally with the sales and finance external communities to stay up to date on strategies, technology, and process
  • Lead functional preparation for investor relations meetings
  • Maintain strong internal controls
  • Lead and coach team of high performing managers responsible for sales finance, supporting long range customer planning, trade strategy, revenue operations, and ecommerce FP&A

What we look for:

  • 10+ years of consumer products Sales and/or Finance experience with a public company
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, budget forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Extensive experience leading, coaching, and inspiring teams
  • Lead through complexity. Make sense and simplify complex and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
  • Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Exceptional skills in analyzing market data, economic shifts, consumer trends, competitive landscape to make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with financial and ERP tools
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly earn trust and experience influencing senior leaders
  • Excellent persuasive communication skills used to collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner with c-suite level internal and external stakeholders

Workplace type:

This role will be Hybrid and required to be in office 3x a week per Hybrid 2.0 policy. If you are within a 50 mile radius of a Clorox Hub then you will be a part of the Hybrid 2.0 policy. Open to internal applicants that may not be in hub areas.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $171,700 - $352,600

–Zone B: $157,400 - $324,200

–Zone C: $143,100 - $294,700
