You'll provide exceptional customer service, assist with booking group travel arrangements, manage travel itineraries, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and personable assistance to group travelers via multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Assist customers in booking group travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive travel itineraries tailored to group preferences.
  • Proactively identify and resolve travel-related challenges to minimize disruptions.
  • Foster transparent and effective communication with group leaders, travel coordinators, and suppliers.
  • Assist travelers in securing necessary visas, permits, and travel documents.
  • Stay abreast of travel trends and destination insights to provide valuable recommendations.
  • Verify the accuracy of bookings and travel documents, maintaining meticulous records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance the success of group travel programs.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, with a background in the travel industry advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
