Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage Air and Ocean Export shipments from A to Z
Track and trace shipments
Record shipment progress and notes in the system
Communicate updates to internal and external teams
Problem solve as needed to ensure timely delivery via clients' needs
Requirements:
4+ years of Air and Ocean Export Operations experience within a Freight Forwarding company
Cargowise software experience preferred
Must currently reside in IL and be willing and able to commute to office location near ORD airport suburbs daily
