Job Summary:
  • The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing export sales strategies for renewable resources, managing key client relationships.
  • The position requires relevant sales experience in the logistics industry, preferably within the recycling resources sector. Strong leadership, organizational, communication and coordination abilities are essential, along with an established industry network. The ideal candidate will possess excellent market analysis and judgment skills, coupled with a strong customer service focus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a requirement. Overall, this role demands proven sales expertise, an applicable educational background, outstanding interpersonal and analytical capabilities, and a thorough understanding of the recycling resources client base
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive export sales strategies for renewable resources 
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's global presence 
  • Manage and grow relationships with key international clients 
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts with international buyers 
  • Analyze global market trends and adjust sales approaches accordingly 
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure efficient and cost-effective shipment of goods 
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures 
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets 
  • Coordinate with other departments to optimize operations and customer service 
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events 
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management2
  • Relevant experience in sales within the logistics industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields. 
  • 7+ years of experience in international sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in export sales, preferably in the renewable resources sector. 
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with a good network of industry contacts. 
  • Possess market analysis and judgment abilities, as well as a strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong understanding of global markets, international trade regulations, and logistics
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50% of the time)
