ResponsibilitiesThe Global Account Management team is currently searching for an experienced Account Manager for the Oracle Construction and Engineering Global Business Unit (CEGBU) within our Americas team.
In this position, we are looking for an independent, seasoned, Account Manager who strives for excellent client relationships and maximizes revenue and customer outcomes preferably with a solid understanding of SaaS delivery as well as application delivery into a high compliant PaaS infrastructure.
The role will provide account management services to a defined and growing set of very large, high profile global and regional accounts. The purpose of this role is to grow revenues through the identification and qualification of additional CEGBU products and services as well as to develop and manage the execution of customer success strategies which ensures the customer realizes from their investments.
The ultimate goal is a long term partnership between Oracle and the Customer. This role interacts primarily with the Sales Reps and Client Services teams, however will be responsible for coordinating many other roles into the account.
