Core Duties:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve growth targets, KPIs, and expand XPEL’s visibility and customer base within international (automotive OEM) markets.
  • Manage/own sales plan for assigned customers ensuring targets are achieved; create performance improvement plans for underperforming clients/markets
  • Support Key Account (OEM) programs as needed with customer service, business development, service, warranty, and repair activities.
  • Host/support business development engagements such as client meetings, presentations, tours, trade shows, and industry events that strategically support XPEL’s growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision makers and influencers at existing and potential OEM customers.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads and proposals for new programs and projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, and close deals promptly and profitably.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering, quality, and operations, to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of products and services.
  • Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to support product development and innovation.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive OEM market, trends, and challenges.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% of time.
