Job Description


 


Global Marketing Coordinator – Brand Marketing


 


Primary Purpose: Support the Brand Global Marketing team on the development and global rollout of seasonal Men’s and Licensing campaigns. The position reports to the Global Marketing Senior Manager of Men’s and Licensing and will optimize the execution of marketing programs globally.  They will act as a key contact person for internal and international partners on communication/information flow of various ongoing activities and key initiatives.


 




The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to


 



  • Support on building strong and inspiring briefs by conducting market research and competitive audits to gain insights that can translate into effective marketing tools.

  • Collaborate on developing monthly product priorities for men’s and licensing categories. Maintain and develop planning tools that support seasonal campaigns and monthly content development, including but not limited to monthly product briefs, asset briefs, brand calendars, etc. 

  • Research industry trends to aid Men’s Brand Development

  • Become a key partner in the campaign development process by partnering with  cross functional teams to gather internal information on product, assortment lists, priorities and buys for each season

  • Support on the development of Brand Global Guidance and campaign packets, including campaign concepts, marketing & media strategy and rollout

  • Help analyze marketing initiatives performance; create and distribute recaps/reports for all Brand global marketing campaigns with historical data comparison

  • Maintain up to date Brand calendars for all initiatives and priorities

  • Build strong partnerships with Coach’s cross functional partners

  • Support Global Marketing Senior Manager on Ad hoc projects


 


 


The accomplished individual will possess...



  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably fashion and/or retail background (or related industry)

  • Ability to build effective partnerships and interact successfully with diverse individuals at all levels and in different countries

  • Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority, anticipate issues and provide creative solutions vis a vis larger marketing strategies and brand goals

  • Ability to make prudent decisions under pressure and work against tight deadlines

  • Strong organizational skills and timely delivery of projects

  • Demonstrated sense of curiosity and interest in fashion and luxury

  • Strong computer skills required (Google docs and Microsoft Office Suite)
