Summary
As part of the Sequel Business Unit's Global Brand Marketing team, this newly created and dynamic role will support both Guess Watches and Gc Watches. Acting as a key global coordinator, you will work across the organization—both internally and externally—collaborating closely with Guess?, Inc. (licensor), marketing activation teams, commercial sales, and distributor partners. Your efforts will drive long-term sustainable revenue and brand growth across partner markets and owned retail channels. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating brand sell-in and sell-thru while ensuring licensor operational compliance through effective communication, reporting, and flawless execution.

The role focuses on marketing operations and supports brand marketing and marketing activation efforts for global licensee brands. Your role will also have the unique opportunity to work closely with licensee global brand marketing, licensor management teams, global activation and commercial sales as part of the seasonal activation go to market execution process. You will work collaboratively with other departments, teams, and brands to execute licensee marketing concepts and activate marketing plans that engage, excite, and convert a consumer interest into a purchase. This position is based in our corporate HQ office, Shelton CT.
