Why Patients Need You

PADCEV is the priority brand in the GU Portfolio, with significant growth potential given the recent launch (US) and ongoing approvals (Globally) of its first line locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma (la/mUC) indication in combination with pembrolizumab, that is rapidly becoming the new standard of care. It also has an interesting lifecycle opportunity with upcoming potential launches in Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer (MIBC). PADCEV is commercialized in a co-promote partnership with Astellas.

What You Will Achieve

This role will backfill for a period of 6-9 months the Global Marketing Director who will be on maternity leave. In this role, the secondee will support the growth of PADCEV through various responsibilities including leading the Mexico and Brazil commercialization transition from Adium distributor to Pfizer, supporting the launch readiness for MIBC for MIBC indication, and supporting the execution of the Integrated Brand Planning with our co-promote partner Astellas in Q2 2025.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Support launch of PADCEV + pembrolizumab in key Pfizer-led markets (Brazil and Mexico), and ensure successful transition of Adium commercialization to Pfizer

  • Support the development of key strategic MIBC launch planning deliverables, working closely with cross-functional partners and with Astellas

  • Partner with Senior Director and Astellas peers to deliver HCP launch readiness content and Disease State Education (DSE)

  • Contribute to the annual Global Operating Plan and Tactical Plan, supporting the execution of the joint Integrated Brand Plan in Q2 2025

  • Engagement and partnership with key markets on global launch strategies across multiple stakeholders

  • XF and co-promote leadership and change agent, supporting the integration and collaboration of legacy Pfizer and legacy Seagen teams

  • Conducts all activities and makes decisions that are in accordance with Company policies & SOPs, Pfizer values & global regulatory guidelines

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 10+ years commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Ability to work independently across senior level stakeholders and demonstrates judgement of what needs to be escalated

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)

  • Robust planning skills and ability to multi-task under pressure

  • Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity

  • Solid understanding of today’s Global and US pharmaceutical environment, incl. Regulatory, Legal and Compliance

Nice-to-Have

  • Oncology experience required

  • PADCEV or Bladder Cancer experience strongly preferred

  • Global and/or regional experience preferred

  • Advanced degree
