You will be responsible for leading our marketing development program to improve alignment and efficiency between the different marketing organizations.
This role will work closely with the commercial marketing organizations and product marketing to develop training programs to drive clarity on the roles and responsibilities between marketing organizations.
This role is highly visible within the organization. We are looking for a driven and motived teammate with strong project management skills, familiarity with adult learning and ability to influence others.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the marketing organizations to create the marketing training program
• Find opportunities for improvement and work with the relevant teams to implement changes
• Intimate knowledge and personal experience of working with the marketing organizations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
Typically, 8 + years of experience with global marketing program management
Experience working in a Matrix organization
Excellent writing, negotiation, and communication skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
Experience facilitating/teaching over web-based technologies and large face-to-face audiences
Preferred:
Experience in the applied chemical, life sciences or general laboratory industries
Strong understanding of marketing processes and methodologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Additional Details

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $127,680.00 - $235,410.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
