You’ll set the strategy, guide your team, and work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure the success of joint initiatives.

What You’ll Do:   

Alliance Strategy Development: 

  • Define a comprehensive global alliance strategy to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Identify, prioritize, and establish strategic partnerships with key alliance partners.
  • Develop business plans for each alliance partner, including joint sales strategies, go-to-market initiatives, and revenue goals.

Partnership Management: 

  • Lead the relationship with existing and new alliance partners, ensuring alignment on objectives and mutual goals.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with partners to review performance, explore new opportunities, and resolve issues.
  • Negotiate agreements, contracts, and joint business plans with alliance partners.

Revenue Growth and Sales Enablement: 

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop joint sales and marketing campaigns with alliance partners.
  • Drive partner-led sales opportunities, co-selling, and lead-sharing activities.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on the value proposition and offerings of alliance partners.

Performance Metrics and Reporting: 

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of alliances and partnership initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on the progress and impact of alliance activities.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize the strategy and make informed decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with product management, marketing, and customer success teams to align product features, joint marketing campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and its alliance partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Market and Competitive Analysis: 

  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitive activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and how alliance partners can help address them.

   

Who You Are:   

You’re a strategic thinker with a knack for excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace. If you have:   

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or alliance management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships and alliances on a global scale.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven industry (e.g., SaaS, software, IT services).
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
