Unit Description






Delaware North is the food and beverage, and retail partner at The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex since dating back to 1995. The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is the visitor center at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida. It features exhibits and displays, historic spacecraft and memorabilia, shows, educational camps and programs, two IMAX theaters, and a range of bus tours.









Responsibilities






  • Manage and develop relationships with contracted reseller clients, focusing on ticket sales in international markets such as Canada and Germany, as well as the domestic and international youth and student group markets 
  • Oversee sales efforts for account categories, including the International Receptive and FIT markets, ensuring effective partnerships and integration of KSCVC into travel itineraries, packages, and programs 
  • Participate in trade shows, sales presentations, training sessions, familiarization tours, and site inspections, while creating follow-up proposals and agreements  
  • Ensure proper visibility in business-to-business clients printed and digital marketing materials, monitor competitive initiatives, and assist in the development of sales kits and marketing collateral 
  • Support marketing events and other projects as needed, collaborating with management to meet strategic goals and maintain high standards in promotional efforts 








Qualifications






  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or a related field 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales related field 
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills  
  • Must be proficient with standard office equipment as well as in word processing and spreadsheets 
  • Must be flexible in a rapidly changing environment and able to handle multiple projects
