Minimum Requirements: Education, Experience and Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in marketing, business administration, economics.
- 7+ (Seven) plus years of business experience which should include significant
- experience in sales and marketing in freight forwarding/logistics.
- 7+ (Seven) plus years’ experience in general management concepts such as planning,
- accounting, administration, and economics.
- Valid state motor vehicle license. Willingness to travel extensively in Branch.
Skill Sets Required:
- Experience in Semiconductor/High Tech Verticals and/or Lifesciences a plus.
Strong Communication skills – ability to conduct Sr. level corporate meetings and
executive
Strong self-motivation and strategic focus – ability to quickly identify key decision
makers and opportunities.
Ability to close business – clearly identify short and long-term Global Opportunities
High level of negotiating skills – ability to negotiate global contracts and processes
Strong coaching skills. Coach and mentor Regional/Local Sales staff
Strong proficiency in Microsoft: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, OneDrive
and CRM Software.
Sales Activity Expectations:
Established Annual Revenue Target
Growth and development of existing global accounts.
Attend and arrange global conference calls with over local, overseas stakeholders.
Weekly Sales Expectations – active sales 3-4 days per week (8-10 calls per week.
Update CRM on a weekly basis
New Business reported and maintained on a monthly basis
Attend and report sales activity on a weekly basis via corporate meetings

Salary Range: $73,000-$120,000 annually
