Job Title: Manager, Global Sales, Member Experience
Job Summary:
Exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven Manager of Global Sales, Member Experience to lead account management strategies aimed at increasing profitability, deepening member engagement, and enhancing sales support. In this role, you will be responsible for growing both transactional and non-transactional revenue within your portfolio by leveraging relationship management, consultative sales, and a strong understanding of the company's value proposition. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify innovative solutions, manage member needs, and support overall business growth on a global scale.
Key Objectives and Responsibilities:
Account Management & Sales:
- Create and manage domestic and international PNRs, profiles, and EPRs (Electronic Passenger Records).
- Process simple and complex exchanges, pricing PNRs, full/partial refunds, and sell airline ancillary services via EMDs (Electronic Miscellaneous Documents).
- Develop and maintain detailed client profiles, ensuring that both transactional and non-transactional revenue opportunities are maximized.
Database & Reporting Management:
- Utilize computer applications to manage large volumes of data, including creating and editing databases, retrieving records, and generating detailed reports to communicate key information.
- Efficiently manage and organize ARC lists for various carrier programs, importing them into SugarCRM.
Collaboration & Best Practices Sharing:
- Collaborate with leaders across teams to share best practices, drive team performance, and achieve individual team goals.
- Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders on sales strategies and account management techniques.
Contract & Ticketing Instructions:
- Create contract/ticketing instructions and ensure timely distribution to the appropriate agencies.
- Load and manage airline agreements within Partner HQ (the member portal).
Market Analysis & Solutions:
- Understanding of external market and communicate the value proposition of the company's Global Partners to clients.
- Stay informed on external market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Skills & Qualifications:
Essential Functions:
- Ability to work additional hours and occasional weekends, as required by upper management or the executive team.
Training & Education Requirements:
- No specific formal certifications required, but a deep understanding of travel agency operations and GDS systems is essential.
