What You’ll Do:
As a Global Sales Partnerships Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting sales, servicing, and business development efforts across multiple Olympic sales channels, including Hospitality Sales Agents (HSAs), National Olympic Committees (NOCs), International Federations (IFs), and Finders. You will be responsible for prospecting new opportunities, managing client relationships, coordinating sales operations, and ensuring the seamless fulfillment of hospitality programs for the Milano Cortina 2026 and Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Reporting to the Director, Global Sales Partnerships, this role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong sales support, client servicing, and project management skills. You will assist in managing key stakeholder relationships, supporting the sales pipeline, and ensuring the successful execution of premium Olympic hospitality activations.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development Support
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across HSAs, NOCs, IFs, and Finders.
- Assist in the prospecting, onboarding, and relationship management of Sales Agents, NOCs, and IFs to drive global sales efforts.
- Track and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting on leads, conversions, and performance across channels.
- Support proposal development, sales presentations, and client pitches to secure new business.
- Client Servicing & Account Coordination
- Serve as a key point of contact for Sales Agents, NOCs, IFs, and Finders, ensuring exceptional client service and hospitality program execution.
- Manage contracting, invoicing, and fulfillment processes, ensuring compliance with On Location policies and procedures.
- Assist in coordinating custom hospitality solutions, including bespoke travel packages, premium accommodations, and ticketing services for key Olympic stakeholders.
- Data Management & Sales Reporting
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities, performance trends, and operational efficiencies.
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems and sales reporting tools, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of sales performance.
- Develop processes to evaluate and improve sales effectiveness across all stakeholder channels.
- Operational & Marketing Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with ticketing, hospitality, finance, and marketing teams to support sales operations.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop sales materials, brochures, and promotional content tailored to different client segments.
- Support event logistics and client engagement initiatives at industry conferences, sales events, and Olympic-related meetings.

Required Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within sports, hospitality, or event management.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with international stakeholders, including corporate clients and sports organizations.
- Experience working with luxury hospitality, ticketing, and travel packages is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to track sales performance and identify business growth opportunities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Multi-lingual skills are preferred but not required.
Travel:
Must be adaptable and flexible with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. $60,406 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$60,000 annually
