- General knowledge of commercial office space planning, architecture, or construction
- Familiar with Humanscale products and solutions
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent certification) with a minimum of 3 years of applicable experience
- Ability to read, understand and/or willingness to learn construction drawings, furniture specification plans, RFP packages, shop drawings, and other architectural drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and respond in quick time frames.
- Prioritization skills with a strong analytical approach to solving complex issues, with an ability to perform under pressure.
- Understanding of project logistics/delivery and installation requirements to create plans and schedules accordingly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effective relation-building capacity with clients, dealerships, and internal teams at different levels in the organization
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service skills
- Project Management experience preferred.
- Background in Contract Furniture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or Construction preferred.
COMPUTER SKILLS
- Intermediate to advanced experience in MS Office
- Understanding of Smartsheet, AutoCAD, TruView, CAP 20/20 is a plus.

Salary Range: $68,695.00 - $100,200.00
In addition to the salary there is a bonus variable component. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline.
