As the Global Sales Salesforce Implementations and Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading the implementation and ongoing management of our Salesforce CRM module within SAP across our global sites. This role is accountable for overseeing all phases of implementation, driving user adoption, and ensuring ongoing support for end-users. Acting as the central liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, this role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting global Salesforce implementation requirements to ensure solutions align with both business and technical needs.
Global Implementation Leadership:
- Oversee the end-to-end Salesforce CRM implementation across multiple global sites, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate project activities from initiation through to completion, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closure.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, document requirements, and translate these into actionable plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business users and technical support teams to align goals and resolve challenges.
User Adoption and Training:
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure high levels of user adoption and engagement across all levels of the organization.
- Provide training and documentation to maximize system effectiveness and utilization.
- Provide assistance, troubleshooting and ongoing support to end-users
Ongoing CRM Management:
- Continuously monitor Salesforce usage and effectiveness, recommending enhancements as business needs evolve.
- Lead Salesforce projects as they arise, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM project management with preference given to Salesforce or Project Management certifications.
- Proven experience in successfully managing global, multi-site implementation projects with cross-functional teams, preferably in a chemical manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and CRM best practices.
- Familiarity with SAP and its integration with Salesforce CRM preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Proficient English language skills, other languages are advantageous.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into practical CRM solutions.
- Exceptional, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver’s license and passport are required.
- Travel up to 30%. Must be willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally as necessary to support global site implementations, achieve project deliverables, and provide ongoing support.

Work Environment: Primarily office. Manufacturing environment when visiting facilities and global sites.
Physical Requirements: Requires sitting for extended periods while performing daily work, including business travel. Able to lift up to 10 lbs. (occasionally).
