Job Description

Danfoss is seeking a committed and energized Improvement Expert to facilitate, support and drive continuous improvement activities through the entire process chain.

Job Responsibilities

• You will act as a partner to manufacturing and supply chain leaders to ensure optimizing quality, delivery, cost, motivation and cash flow, along the entire value chain.


• It will be your responsibility to foster a culture of sustainable change by applying LEAN and SIX SIGMA methodology creating impact across all KPI’s delivering world class products to customers every time.


• As part of a global network you will search and share best practice proactively.

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

• Bachelor's degree within Engineering, Business or similar is required.  


• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferably Black Belt.


• Experience and outstanding understanding of value stream mapping.


• Managerial experience in a manufacturing environment in a large- or medium-sized company.


• Ability to connect with and develop colleagues at all levels.
