We are currently seeking a Global Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Patuxent River, MD in support of PMA-262. This position description is for the Production Integrated Product Team (IPT) Global Supply Chain (GSC) Lead for MQ-4C Triton program office PMA-262 at Patuxent River, MD. The GSC Lead is responsible for oversight and execution management of the Prime Contractors GSC activity and plays an important advisory role supporting many team objectives. Selected candidate will possess strong attention to detail, professional communication skills, self-motivation, and a commitment to excellence.
Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Duties:
- Provide oversight of 40+ key subcontractors/suppliers and Prime Contractor GSC organization
- Monitor NGC GSC performance including:
- PO (Purchase Order) Placement Burndown (pro-active look to make sure NGC is placing orders with adequate lead-time).
- Line of Balance review (regular check-ins to insure suppliers are communicating status and tracking to schedule).
- Part Shortages (expedite of parts that are past due to production need dates).
- Quarterly SAMS (Supplier Assessment Management System) review.
- Voice of customer on Supplier Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and follow-up as necessary to ensure progress between meetings.
- Greater than 10% travel to support PMRs in-person.
- Engage PMA points of contacts (engineering, scheduling, etc.) to ensure PMA engagement and a coordinated approach to issues identified.
- Support the PMA with matters concerning subcontractors, supplier, and Prime Contractor GSC organization.
- Perform priced proposal technical evaluations to support contract negotiations, specifically evaluating:
- GSC Labor.
- Supplier proposals.
- BOM (Bill of Material) reviews.
- Provide BOM, schedule, inventory and other information to support IPT/Product Support/DLA (Defense Logistics Agency)/etc. data calls.
- Assess impact to Triton for pending supplier mergers/acquisitions.

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree. Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. OR Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
Three to ten years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
