Global Supply Chain Finance and Reporting Lead

The Global Supply Chain Finance & Reporting Lead will lead all financial, reporting and analytical needs of the Global supply chain organization. The role will drive impact across the business through developing the Global Supply Chain metrics / KPIs in conjunction with Global Supply Chain Leadership Team and build reporting dashboards. This position will partner with Global Supply Chain Leadership Team to ensure all metrics and budgets are adhered to and own business reporting for the function. 

Salary Range: $­139,000-$165,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead on all financial aspects of the global supply chain function, including inflation, value creation, brand investments, and funding 


• Partner with Yum! Finance teams, to validate Supply Chain financial delivery to plan – Ensure all savings numbers flow through 


• Lead the reporting of Global Supply Chain metrics & KPIs, work with Global Supply Chain Leadership Team to define, set up and report progress both internally to the function and to senior Yum leadership stakeholders 


• Own the Yum supply chain value creation plan, partner with Category teams to build the savings target, track progress and drive accountability through the global and regional teams to meet or exceed targets 


• Partner with the Global Supply Chain Strategy leader to co-own the functional annual operating plan and 3-year planning cycle 


• Lead business intelligence for the Global Supply Chain organization, identify key information and sources, commodity trends, market research, and build communication platform for all stakeholders 


• Own supply chain funding model, partner with regional finance teams to monitor fee income, spend and budgets to ensure the function is self-funded 


• Support category teams with the development & sign off strategic pricing mechanisms, ensuring all mechanisms have clear, measurable inputs and calculations 

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in Finance, strategy or commercial supply chain field  


• Excellent business acumen & analytical skills  


• Excellent communication and partnership skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners across the global business 


• Ability to gain buy-in & influence key stakeholders at all levels in a global organization
