Job Description
Job Roles:  
  • Manage manufacturing vendor relationships, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of equipment and materials.
  • Develop key vendor relationships aligned with company goals for new product lines and product commercialization.
  • Maintain an elite network of multiple suppliers providing tubulars, accessories, inspection, and repair services, while actively participating in the procurement process.
  • Oversee the reporting of open orders, delivery estimates, and manufacturing metrics, including on-time deliveries, cost, lead times, and quality.
  • Identify and qualify additional third-party vendors as needed to ensure material availability for operational needs, with a focus on global vendor diversification and risk mitigation.
  • Play an active role in establishing inventory stock levels through vendor management, including vendor stocking for high-volume parts.

Scope of Job:

  • Provide global leadership across all supply chain functions, ensuring effective vendor management, equipment mobilization, and manufacturing partnerships that drive operational success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred; 10+ years of experience in materials/supply chain, including 5+ years in a management role.
  • Strong experience managing manufacturing vendors, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, cost efficiencies, and timely deliveries.
  • Experience maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 and API Spec Q2.
  • Experience sourcing OCTG tubulars and downhole equipment is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of the global supply chain network.
  • Financial acumen to drive cost reductions and optimize supply chain expenses.
  • Deep understanding of procurement and process flow management, including contract negotiations and supplier performance evaluations.
  • Ability to multitask and reprioritize workload in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Dynamics) and ERP systems.
  • Ability to travel internationally and overnight (<20%).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, interacting with others in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner.
