THE ROLE


As a New Business (B2B) Intern within the Global Sales team, you will support business-to-business development efforts, including lead generation, market research, and the preparation of client-facing proposals. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, crafting tailored solutions, and contributing to the acquisition of new clients in the sports and entertainment industries. This internship is completely virtual.


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and emerging trends in the sports and entertainment industries.

  • Assist in lead generation by researching target companies, decision-makers, and contact information.

  • Support the development of customized sales presentations, proposals, and pitch materials for potential clients.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and craft solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Participate in client meetings and calls to observe and learn about the sales process.

  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) tools with lead and client data.

  • Assist in preparing responses to RFPs by gathering necessary information and contributing to proposal development.

  • Provide support for special projects related to business growth initiatives.


QUALIFICATIONS


To be successful in this internship, candidates should possess the following:



  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and gather key information.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

  • Interest in B2B sales and client acquisition strategies.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

COMPENSATION


$18 Per Hour Undergrad | $22 Per Hour Master's Level Student
