This position will be mainly responsible for researching and developing international business opportunities and improve the performance of our international sales representatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and implement strategic plans that successfully achieve business objectives
- Research and develop international business opportunities, by industry and geographical regions
- Monitor international sales representatives’ performance by representative and territory
- Track international sales by representative and territory
- Prepare and provide reports to upper management

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or international business is required
- Extensive knowledge about the tablet compression industry, tool and equipment
- Proven Sales Executive experience, meeting and exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to build, develop and mentor a ream of internal and external sales representatives
EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years’ experience in an International Business Development role with a focus on tablet compression industry
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must have the ability to sit at a desk using a computer for 8 or more hours per day; stand, kneel, walk and bend as required throughout the workday to accomplish various tasks
- Be able to lift, pull, push or carry various types of light weight files (approximately 1-10 pounds) and process accordingly.
