International Business Development Representative

THIS POSITION WILL WORK REMOTELY FROM THE MONTERREY MEXICO AREA. 

Summary:

International Program Manager is a mid-level position.  Primary responsibilities develop business with new and existing customers within their assigned territory.  Perform tasks as required by Management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The duties of the Program Manager include, but may not be limited to the following: 

• Manage all business development for their assigned territory.


• Actively listen to our customer inquiries to deliver an overwhelming sense of customer satisfaction.


• Develop, identify, and participate in strategic selection, development, and implementation of Ramco manufactured product.


• Conduct sales presentations by meeting with existing clients and potential customers on a day-to-day basis.


• Generate and develop new customers to increase sales mainly using cold calling and on-site customer visits.


• Follow all new part development to ensure proper launch timing and implementation.


• Serve as focal point between Ramco and the customers to give current updates on RFQs, new product offerings, and launches of new business.


• Interact with customer’s websites as it relates to business development.


• Communicate customer requirements throughout Ramco.


• Facilitate and disperse customer operational requirements to Management.


• Complete additional tasks or projects as directed by Management.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 

8-10 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and experience with TS16949.

Superior verbal and written communication skills. 

Must be able to organize information originating from multiple sources.  Process this information across multiple systems. 

Identifies and resolves problems in a timely and efficient manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
