Job Description:
Merrill Private Wealth Management, International and Institutional is a division of Merrill Lynch Wealth Management that offers a broad array of personalized wealth management products and services. This group provides tailored solutions to meet the sophisticated needs of ultra-high net worth individuals and institutions. This position will primarily support Merrill Lynch Wealth Managements International business segment and will also support the Private Wealth and Institutional business. This role will serve as a leadership position in creating and executing the business strategy for the international business segment. The job will require building relationships across the enterprise with field leadership and various control functions. The candidate must be an excellent communicator and be able to develop and execute on the strategy for this business segment.
This job is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives and/or processes aligned to priorities within a functional area and/or business. Key responsibilities include defining, developing, executing, monitoring, and/or refining strategic initiatives and processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders and internal partners.

Requirements:
10 years of financial services experience
Knowledge of wealth management
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop on the strategy for this business segment.
Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$100,000.00 - $170,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
