Develop and maintain business relationships with accounts in order to identify their future needs and ideally become a trusted advisor to fully exploit the business potential of client groups.
Prepare and conduct contract negotiations
Participate, contribute and/or steer in group wide or regional projects
Prepare, organize and host client events nationwide, such as annual client meetings, culinary workshops, trade presentations and client kickoff events. Travel will be required.
Anticipate customer needs & expectations, by utilizing knowledge of aviation, hospitality & good understanding of LSG’s core business capabilities
Customer Service
Act as single point of contact between client matters and internal company stakeholders
Analyze, investigate and resolve client business matters and complaints
Understand, Review and Report KPI, and SLA metrics
Pricing, Financial Analysis & Contracts
Define pricing based on information provided by respective functions within corporate governance
Prepare financial analysis, and P&L summary for executive board review
Monitor contractual compliance within the region and cross-regional
Optimize existing contracts according to LSG Sky Chefs’ strategy and goals
Business Strategy, Policies and Tools
Identify new business opportunities regarding the entire LSG Sky Chefs product and service portfolio in conjunction with Corporate Sales. Evaluate and improve existing sales and account management strategies in order to reach/maintain profitable market share and achieve revenue and profit objectives.
Capture and analyze market trends, conduct gap analysis and provide information to appropriate team members. Benchmark LSG’s proposal against industry competitors and market landscape.
Use of Salesforce to record business data and corresponding analysis.
Leadership & Team Collaboration
Build relationships with internal stakeholders and peers across LSG’s group of business. The candidate will be required to work closely with Finance, Pricing, Costing, Culinary & Operations Teams.
Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed
Guide, motivate and develop the directly and indirectly subordinate employees within the Human Resources policy
