Job Summary:


We're looking for an experienced and driven International Sales Manager to join our team and help us spread the Party Mountain across the globe. You'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with distributors, and ensuring that Pit Viper dominates the world-wide sunglass scene.


Requirements

  • Identify and establish new distribution channels in key international markets.
  • Manage existing distributor relationships, providing support, training, and motivation to maximize sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts and reports, providing accurate and timely information to management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with distributors, ensuring favorable terms for Pit Viper.
  • Represent Pit Viper at international trade shows and events, showcasing our products and building brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Embrace and embody the Pit Viper spirit of adventure, irreverence, and uncompromising quality.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in international sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Experience working with distributors and managing complex sales channels.
  • Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Passion for the Pit Viper brand and lifestyle.
  • Bonus points: Fluency in multiple languages.
