Job Description Summary:
The International Sales Manager will lead the management of multiple distributor relationships outside of the USA, driving growth in key international markets. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales support, maintaining distributor relationships, and ensuring the successful distribution of KISS Products worldwide. The manager will work closely with internal teams to support operations and ensure that international sales initiatives align with the company’s global objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Distributor Relationship Management:
- Establish, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international distributors across key markets outside the USA.
- Communicate regularly with distributors to align on sales objectives, product offerings, and market strategies.
- Provide continuous support to distributors, offering training, promotional materials, and guidance to ensure sales growth and distributor success.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to support regional sales strategies of each market.
- Identify new growth opportunities in international markets and work with distributors to maximize revenue potential.
- Set and track sales performance goals for each distributor, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
- Conduct regular market analysis to monitor trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with internal departments such as marketing, logistics, finance, and product development to ensure smooth operations and execution of sales strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate international promotions, product launches, and other campaigns to support distributor sales.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, market developments, and consumer feedback to senior leadership.
Operational & Logistical Coordination:
- Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure efficient product distribution across international markets.
- Address and resolve any logistical or operational challenges that may arise in the course of managing international sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong passion/interest in career advancement
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and apply them across various aspects of the role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships across cultures.
- Detail-oriented, time-management skills
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in USA or Int’l sales
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Comfortable working across global time zones.
- Must be fluent in English

The anticipated compensation range is
75,000.00 - 133,941.00 USD Annual
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
