Job Description



  

Under direction of Sr Director of International Ops will be responsible for supporting new product launch and strategic planning to drive international growth. Will be collaborating closely with customer operations, supply chain, demand, product, sales, marketing, and finance. 


Primary Job Functions


Assist with New Product Launches  

  • Complete the following for each distributor and retailers for all new and product launches:  
  • Setup forms (i.e. Sephora, Douglas, NIF) across 45+ customer accounts 
  • Product comps coordination for new and exciting SKUs
  • Product Fact Sheets for Distributor Accounts
  • Product copy support for Distributor Accounts
  • Support new GWP and sample set up

Customer Portfolio and Order forms support

  • Retail / Gondola assortment maintenance
  • Order form refresh, monthly
  • Support SKUs lifecycle updates as portfolio changes

Operations and Intelligence Support

  • Partnership between other functional areas including Customer Operations team to support Customer KPIs/deliverables
  • Support key Performance metrics and maintain effective analysis to the cross-functional and leadership team
  • Manage reporting tool that identifies trends and stock recommendations to support and drive business growth
  • Maintain Sales reports to proactively communicate opportunities for our monthly and future months targets. 
  • Track and maintain Innovation plans vs. forecast and provide feedback to team
  • Close collaboration with Regulatory, Quality, and Innovation to support new launches successfully.

  • Strong Analytical and Excel skills 

Additional Valuable Attributes

  • Previous Beauty Industry experience preferred
  • Interest in international business/foreign cultures and markets
  • Flexibility with work hours to meet the demand of international business

Requirements


  • College degree relating to Sales or Marketing is a strong plus, but not required
  • Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint 
  • Experience with Google applications (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs)
