PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The International Sales Representative is responsible for driving relentless sales execution in market with both new and existing accounts. Responsible for developing and executing growth plans within the assigned territory, as well as providing direct sales and customer service duties to accounts as designated by the Director of International Sales.
Essential Job Functions
- Develop and grow business in Latin America region (Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean Islands) and within the NGO segment.
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive forecast attainment in Latin America and with NGOs.
- Manage and adjust current customer terms and programs (including pricing, assortment, marketing assets, etc.) to maximize ROI and deliver superior topline and bottom-line results.
- Identify and onboard new customers/markets to help extend our reach and grow sales.
- Take ARB brands deeper into current markets and expand ARB brands into new markets in order to grow the ARB footprint in the Latin America+ NGO territory.
- Manage NGO business by developing and executing plans to achieve growth forecasts with current customers and by expanding with new customers.
- Align with Quality Department to comply with MHRA and any other applicable regulatory bodies.
- Oversee customer service responsibilities for all territory accounts, working with office staff to ensure quality service for customer base.
- Work with operations and sales planning to deliver accurate forecasts for your territory on a weekly basis.
- Be the voice of the customer- share internally new product ideas, competitive market insights, etc.
- Actively schedules weekly/monthly meetings with new and existing customers to ensure achievement of overall annual plans and execution of innovation within markets.
- Actively participate in sales meetings.
- Assist Director of International Business with development and tracking of annual territory sales forecasts, as needed.
- Attend trade shows and sales events, as well as travel to accounts to make sales presentations.
- Increase knowledge of our products, and industry as well as the activities and products of our competitors.
- Respond to e-mails, inbound phone calls, resolving calls in a skillful and prompt manner and within the established quality parameters.
- Provide regular updates on the state of the business to leadership including (but not limited to): forecast, country execution plans. Develop and execute gap fill plans to achieve forecasts.
- Manage shipping products with cross functional team to properly recognize revenue.
- Other duties as assigned.
