Job Description

The International Sales Support is a support extension of the sales team to drive greater efficiency and productivity for the sales department. This role acts as the primary contact between customers, sales, and multiple departments by accepting purchase orders, entering orders, and acting as one source of information both internal and external to meet customer expectations.


 


What you will be doing: 



  • Enter & monitor customer sales orders and confirm accurate delivery details to the customer via customer portal and/or email, along with the sales lead. 

  • Communicate directly with the customer and sales lead regarding their orders, delivery dates and special requests. 

  • Ensure the company ERP and customers portal (if applicable) is continually up to date with the latest delivery information. 

  • Verify the availability of all items on customer orders, ensuring requested item quantities are properly scheduled and confirmed via an order acknowledgement to avoid complaints and issues, communicating any discrepancies. 

  • Update fulfillment dates for all items that are unable to ship as initially planned due to production or incoming shipment delays & provide the updated information to the customer and sales lead.

  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining positive customer relations via phone and email communications.

  • Work with the overseas team to ensure production runs smoothly and on time, in addition to shipments being booked and meet customer expected ship windows.

  • Make sure sales and planning are aligned to any special new customer production requests to guarantee ship dates.

  • Other duties as assigned


 


What we are looking for: 



  • 1 to 3 years customer service experience

  • Retail Link experience highly preferred

  • Knowledge of LATAM retailers and requirements - Huge Plus

  • Building strong customer relationships and delivering sales and customer-centric solutions

  • Collaborates by working with others to meet shared objectives

  • Communicates effectively and professionally

  • Gain the confidence and trust of others through integrity

  • Engagement of others to do their best to help achieve objectives.

  • G Suite & Microsoft Office - Familiarity with spreadsheets, presentations, documents, email, etc.

  • Ability to work on numerous tasks at once

  • Experience with order management or scheduling

  • Good problem solving skills

  • Exceptionally organized
