- Resolve customer issues that are escalated by members of your team. In some cases, this will involve negotiating freight allowances or credits.
- Maximize the number of deliveries schedule by the associated on your team and in the department.
- Work with other departments to resolve customer issues and get deliveries schedule.
- Promote a positive attitude within your team and the department.
- Review the department’s processes and procedures to insure that your team and the department are operating as efficiently as possible.
- Other duties assigned by supervisor.
- Be open to suggest any ideas for improvement.
- Arrive punctually and consistently for work for normally scheduled hours.
- Occasional Saturdays.
- Perform various related duties as required.
