JOB SUMMARY
:


Intern will assist with all support tasks surrounding the Workfront implementation that supports the Marketing and Sales group. This role is a great learning opportunity for anyone looking to advance in documentation management, business analysis, and exposure to support activities relative to a critical-path enterprise application. Intern will have an opportunity to experience real-time day-to-day operations in an agile environment and to see our many departments working together in harmony to provide support to the entirety of an enterprise-level Marketing & Sales department.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Participates in user setups and deactivations.

  • Performs basic utility tasks in Workfront.

  • Develops and delivers ancillary Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and training documentation.

  • Assists with updates to the BrimWorks SharePoint and Marketing & Sales learning hub.

  • Manages internal documents on the BrimWorks SharePoint site.

  • Creates basic custom forms and performs reporting updates.

  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 



  • In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above.

  • Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required. 

  • A transcript is required upon application.

  • Preferred majors include: Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or similar.


PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:



  • Basic knowledge of computer technology, writing skills, and project management.

  • This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.

  • Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than December 2025.

  • Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.

  • All of our internships are paid, and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable. The Recruiter will provide specific eligibility details.
