Logistics Coordinator


Job Objective: The Logistics Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency by maintaining inbound shipment schedule, developing strong external warehouse communication and international shipment support. Your main responsibilities will include ERP data entry/maintenance and vendor coordination.


Primary Responsibilities:


ERP Data Maintenance



  • Inbound shipment entry and billing for United States and Canada in ERP system.

  • General support to Logistics Analyst in seasonal data entry tasks.

  • SMS entry and receiving.


External Warehouse Partnership



  • Inbound shipment entry and communication for United States and Canada external warehouses.

  • Maintain communication with US and Canada external warehouse on supplier delivery notifications, receiving schedules and master data support.

  • Work with internal managers to meet wholesale customer delivery dates and communicate strategic receiving schedule to external warehouse.


Import/Export and Product Compliance



  • Monthly audit of 10% United States imports.

  • Align with brokers based on audit results.

  • Internal quality control communication with customer service and design departments.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international shipment support across company departments.

  • Wholesale EDI and routing guide support for customer service team.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in logistics or operational support.

  • Strong understanding of the premium sportswear market, particularly in golf and skiing.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Outlook).

  • Knowledge of Netsuite preferred.

  • Occasionally long periods of sitting, standing, and/or walking.

  • If remote, note that a dedicated space in your remote location is required and not provided by the company however, an in-office space is available.

Non-Exempt, Salaried


Compensation: $42,700 - $51,400
