Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management and logistics operations, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts, coordinating logistics processes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain contracts with clients, suppliers, and vendors
- Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and deadlines
- Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the contract period
- Prepare and maintain reports on contract performance and logistics operations
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to contract management and logistics operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in contract management and logistics operations
- Strong understanding of contract terms and conditions
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in contract management and logistics operations
