About the Team:
The Global Sales Productivity (GSP) team’s mission is to develop every seller in the NetSuite community to reach their potential and maximize sales performance through strategic, world-class learning experiences. GSP is responsible for enabling hundreds of sellers and managers every year across the sales organization.
About the Role:
- You will develop and deliver sales acumen onboarding and ongoing curriculum for NetSuite sellers. Content formats include a combination of live virtual and live in-person; small group (10-30) and large group (50-300+) settings, as well as self-paced e-learning format.
- You will work in close partnership with the extended Global Sales Productivity team to create cohesive programming across sales teams and regions (NOAM, EMEA, JAPAC and LAD)
- You will work cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Oracle Enablement, Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, Solutions Consulting, Revenue Insights and other Value Added Teams.
Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including closing experience; sales management and/or enablement experience highly preferred; tech sales background highly preferred
- Strong communication (written, oral) skills
- Excellent presentation/facilitation skills
- Ability to navigating multiple internal departments and lead without formal authority
- Strategic problem solving on a global scale
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; project management experience
- Strong sense of urgency to complete projects on time with competing priorities
- Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to manage and adapt in an ever-changing work environment
- E-learning software experience, CRM experience, and project management experience preferred

ResponsibilitiesFacilitate meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets by delivering quality training in classroom environments and or over the Web. Maintain deep knowledge and skill level while demonstrating expertise for all designated topics, plus additional, complementary topics and/or standard processes. Articulate at a granular level a respective concept or solution's vision, capabilities, business value during offerings to both sales and sales consulting audiences. Consult/work with Subject Matter Experts, Sales Performance Designers, etc., in order to deliver the material in an effective and engaging way. Provide analysis and feedback on training events to program teams or management regarding training results. Meet or exceed utilization expectations. Successfully lead the training environment while reporting and resolving issues. Acts as a consultative resource to field personnel based on expertise and experience. Apply real-world examples from own job experience to assist in the learning process. May pilot/introduce new training technology or techniques.
