As a Principal Product Manager - Technical in our Global Logistics Inbound Supply Chain Product Team, you'll lead the strategy and implementation of cutting-edge warehousing solutions that optimize inbound supply chains worldwide. You'll drive innovation in transportation planning, execution, and warehousing tools, ensuring exceptional reliability, speed, and customer experience at the lowest cost. Key job responsibilities
- Develop and own the product strategy for warehousing solutions, balancing business needs with technical constraints
- Identify new product opportunities through market analysis and deep understanding of customer needs

- Analyze existing products and metrics to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Present strategic plans and results to senior management with confidence and clarity

A day in the life
In this role, you'll start your day collaborating with engineering teams to refine product requirements and discuss technical feasibility. You'll then meet with business stakeholders to gather insights on market trends and customer pain points. Throughout the day, you'll analyze product metrics, prioritize feature requests, and make data-driven decisions to guide product development. You may also spend time preparing presentations for senior leadership, showcasing your team's progress and future roadmap.

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

- 10+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams
- Experience leading cross-organizational programs and setting and holding teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
