The Headlines:

In the role of Procurement Specialist working in Golden, CO, you will be part of the Finance Department in Brewery Operations. In this role you will support the procurement process from procure to pay with your main focus to include creation of purchase orders in SAP R/3 and SRM (from request to buy forms, SAP purchase requisitions and free-text shopping carts), to reconcile the POs to the appropriate supplier/price.


 


This position reports to the Team Leader of Procurement and works closely with Brewery Operational Teams.


 


The Responsibilities: 

•    You will assists with adding contracts and new vendors, maintains contracts and contract files, and confirms and changes purchase orders.

•    You will assists with managing supplier relations, expedites emergency orders, supports accounts payable exceptions and works with corporate procurement and brewery leadership to continuously improve the processes from procure to pay. 

•    You will be responsible for purchasing major expenses ($16MM)

•    You will be responsible for the implementation of process improvements

•    You will provide support to the overall procurement process


 


The Other Qualifications:

•    Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment

•    Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives 

•    You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business 

•    We prefer you to have a BS or BA degree required, preferably in supply chain, business or sourcing 

•    You have at least 2 years’ experience in strategic sourcing with a purchasing background

•    You preferably have CPM/CPSM certification

•    You have strong negotiation and influence skills

•    You have experience in project and contract management

•    You have working knowledge of SAP, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Job Posting Grade: 9


Job Posting Salary Range: $53,200 - $76,500
