Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- BS/BA degree from an accredited college or university, plus ten (10) years of applicable experience, or any combination of education and applicable experience.
-OR-
- BS/BA degree from an accredited college or university, plus fifteen (15) years of applicable experience, or any combination of education and applicable experience.
- Experience in export classification of Hardware, Software and Technology/Tech Data in both ITAR and EAR.
- Experience in EAR/ITAR Authorization (license) development and management
- Experience with multiple software applications such as MS Project, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required.
- Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented and ability to prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate well, both verbally and written.
- Demonstrated multi-tasking skills.
Preferences:
- Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, Documentation for Export Compliance and Ethics in Trade.
- Knowledge of engineering/technical processes in the Aerospace or Defense Industry.
Essential Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation.

- Work may involve sitting for extended periods.

- Regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule is critical.
- Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements when required.
- Must be able to work in a team atmosphere.
- Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation.
- Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk/hazard to the employee or others.
- This position may require some commuting and traveling to other installations as needed.
