Summary


The Senior Global Marketing Manager, Country Partner will serve as the primary partner within the Global Marketing Organization for the US (to be expanded to Japan), with the primary purpose of accelerating business growth in these regions.  This individual will have a deep understanding of our Continence Care business in the countries where we operate.  They will understand customer needs, reimbursement structure, the market access landscape, distribution pathways, pricing issues, and competitive pressures, both on the product and the service side.  With deep market understanding, the Senior Global Marketing Manager, Country Partner will help develop strategies and tactics to advance our business, and will be capable of advocating for support within the broader organization.  They will be capable of executing on ideas with a foundation of strong experience in the marketing function.  This individual will have excellent communication skills, an ability to work effectively in cross-cultural environments, and a high level of commitment to our company mission of making life more rewarding and dignified for the people who use our products and services. Key Responsibilities



  • Build the bridge between the global organization and the local markets by facilitating interactions, solving problems, and proving support when and where needed.

  • Communicate effectively with all applicable stakeholders including business function leaders, senior leadership, local market marketing managers, and other GMO functional team members.

  • Build a deep understanding of business priorities and deliver growth initiatives by gathering insights, developing ideas and building new and innovative customer facing strategies to delight customers in alignment with local teams



  • Serve as global focus contact person for markets in scope



  • Execute long term growth marketing strategy in-line with the company Strategic Plan

  • Manage, optimize and report on growth initiatives providing business cases, implementation, and learnings

  • Work with our global product portfolio team to help identify potential new opportunities, and deliver on impactful product and service launches ensuring executional excellence

  • Work with our global end user Marketing team and Service Business Units to help identify, prioritize, and deliver on end user engagement and retention initiatives

  • Conduct market analyses and benchmarks together with local teams and analyze possible market opportunities

  • Collaborate with PBU and SBU to drive stronger partnerships and execution across multiple engagements and marketing experiences.



  • Build and mentor a global team with a high sense of ownership and a culture of getting it done

  • Ensure communication with regular visibility into planning and performance including sharing of AOP’s, AMP’s, Strategic Plans and participation in MMR/QBR meetings

  • Lead broader Global Continence Care team projects as needed (e.g. Annual Marketing Plan development).


 


Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:









  • Solid understanding of healthcare reimbursement policies and potential impact on Hollister strategy

  • Team leadership experience preferred

  • Experience developing and executing marketing plans/campaigns preferred


 


Requirements




  • MBA or equivalent degree highly preferred

  • Number of Overall Years Necessary: 12-15

  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in medical device or healthcare industry
